Residential building UP 445, KO Dobrota, Kotor, Montenegro

Architecture of the Residential building in Dobrota, Kotor, was created by the reconstruction of the ground floor object positioned along the local road among other residential buildings. The fact that the object and yard are raised relative to the street, requires the installation of a basement, a technical floor next to the street. Given that this is an already defined image of street facades, the concept of the reconstructed object had a starting point in the mentioned form. The construction of the existing object is retained; it is made of symmetrically positioned supporting elements. The established consistency, but also the tendency to achieve simplicity and sensitivity in the colored collage of the neighborhood, determined the architecture of the object.
