Am Mattenhof

With the new urban site Mattenhof a modern living space has been created in the focal point between Lucerne City and the municipalities of Horw and Kriens. A metropolis in miniature format. A place that combines living, work and leisure - and all this within walking distance. The goal of ecological, social and economic sustainability was thus achieved. The Mattenhof is characterised by the interplay of different residential typologies, office space and public-oriented usage options. With 129 residential units, 160 hotel rooms and a total of 57,800 m2 of floor space, the area forms the first major building block in the development of the Region.
