New Commemorative Medal for UMPRUM University of Art, Architecture and Design in Prague Glass meets 3D laser engraving — the process of engraving a design into a transparent material at different depths to create a realistic three dimensional picture. The conceptual focus of the medal was to create three dimensional type design in glass. Each letter of the schools name UMPRUM is only readable from one perspective. If the medal is turning, the letters form new shapes and the object gets more interactive. (typography and type design, 2022)
