Graphics Designer

We’re currently looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand visual assets for an innovative tech company, and for someone to build our Graphic Design Team around.

The job includes visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, ad and landing page layouts. Deliverables should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate our messages accurately. In this role, you’ll be working together with our marketing team, in tandem with our current graphic designer, and closely with our product design & engineering teams. Applicants should have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate a design brief into a polished design.

Some insights into the role...

• Create original visual content for the company’s website, social media pages, and additional marketing materials
• Conceptualize visuals based on a design brief
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop assets using Adobe Creative Suite and additional design software where needed
• Follow our brand guidelines and make sure that creatives are consistent in color, format and content
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test different graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

A bit about your background...

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills (while lead skills will be a plus)
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
